We Like Farmers!

>

And we like the idea of growing your own food. Even if it is container plantings on a balcony or rows and beds in your backyard.

Or with a group of people (hint—Community, Village, Neighborhood).

Just saying…

We dive into lots of topics under the heading “Farm.”

By the way—we fully support organic and non-GMO practices. We’re kinda’ old-fashioned when it comes to using natural products.

Seriously.

Compare great homegrown organic veggies to mass-produced pretend-carrots. Or, meat products raised properly compared to some modern long-list-of-unmentionable methods.

Yes, we are open to innovation (as long as it is healthy innovation).  All too often, innovation does not withstand rigorous scrutiny for healthy practices and methods. Large corporations with their own interests don’t always give us the straight goods.  After all, they like the money-thing.

Now, about the good old ways of root cellars. Topic for another day. Because …

Some topic areas (like Farm) lean towards more rural situations. However, with the advent of vertical farming, community or neighborhood gardens in cities, and patio or deck gardens,  you will find topical relevance.

We explore topics relating to Farming in many ways including Cooperative Buying and Growing. Farm is a broad topic and city-dwellers will find relevance.
