The Power of Good Neighborhoods

Neighborhoods are an immensely important aspect of Community well-being. They are building blocks.

Often, a Village is made up of more than one Neighborhood.

In a Neighborhood, we find clusters of families and singles.  Children, teens, moms and dads (married or single), elderly and, often the obligatory Mr. Mutt or Ms.Meow. That’s just a few—we know there are more in the list.

Some are able-bodied. Others aren’t. Some might speak our native tongue well. Others may not.

But the point is that a Neighborhood is intended as a support structure for one another. We also know that this doesn’t always happen as it should. When that occurs, it impacts the whole Atmosphere of the Neighborhood.
